Can I order from outside the Netherlands?
Delivery within the Netherlands is free of charge.
For orders outside the Netherlands, shipping costs depend on the destination country and will be shown at checkout.

When can I expect my order?
We strive to ship your items in the following 1-2 days after your order. Orders outside The Netherlands may take up to 10 working days to be delivered (depending on the delivery address).

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Once your return request is approved, a return shipping label will be automatically provided. The item must be handed over to the shipping carrier within 14 days of the return approval and no later than 30 days from the original delivery date.

Returns that are shipped later than 30 days from the original delivery date or not handed over within the specified return period may not be accepted.

This policy does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

How to create your return: 

1. Go to our return portal
2. Enter your postal code
3. Enter your order number
4. Follow the instructions on the return portal
   

NOTE: Please make sure to enter your order number with the # symbol at the beginning.
Example: enter #1009, instead of 1009.
