Can I order from outside the Netherlands?
Delivery within the Netherlands is free of charge.
For orders outside the Netherlands, shipping costs depend on the destination country and will be shown at checkout.

When can I expect my order?
We strive to ship your items in the following 1-2 days after your order. Orders outside The Netherlands may take up to 10 working days to be delivered (depending on the delivery address).

Returns
You may return all items within 30 days after delivery for a (full) refund. 

How to create your return: 

1. Go to our return portal
2. Fill in your postal code and order tracking number 
3. Choose the product(s) you wish to return and fill in the reason for your return
4. Follow the steps in the portal
